Our IT team has restored the network connectivity for the AKFIN database, APEX reporting services and Answers. There may be some lingering issues, so please inform AKFIN staff if you have any issues connecting to the services you normally use.
PSMFC’s IT department continues to work through network issues at our new location. They have made good progress, but we do not have a firm timeline for when our systems will be fully functional.
Users who are on an agency network should be able to access the databases normally. Users who use the PSMFC VPN are not able to access the database but can still access data through the APEX Reporting system. Currently AKFIN Answers is unavailable.
For your information, the PSMFC HQ office is moving to a new location! Due to the move you may experience an interruption in service with the AKFIN Database and reporting services beginning Friday, 4/18. The goal is to have all systems fully operational by Monday 4/21. We will follow up with updates as needed.
